Minimum Requirements:

• Must be a United States citizen
• High School diploma or equivalent education
• The ability to use basic measurement equipment: Calipers, Micrometers, Indicators, Dial Bores, Air gages and other equipment as necessary
• The ability to read simplified blueprints
• An understanding of basic mathematics
• Basic computer skills
• Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Have the ability to work with others as a team
• Good manual dexterity
• Ability to lift 30 lbs

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Minimum 5 years' experience preferred for set-up persons
• 2 years' experience for machine operators
• Experience in setting up and operating 3 Axis Vertical CNC Mills, 4 & 5-Axis Horizontal Mills. Such as: Mori Seiki with Fanuc controls and Grob G350 with Siemens controls
• Knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, boring heads, fixtures, inserts and other accessories
• Utilize all necessary gages and equipment to properly inspect part accuracy
• Be able to detect and adjust machines to correct any defect or problem with part setup
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and have a high attention to detail
• Knowledge of G and M codes
• Knowledge and understanding of CNC mill programs
• Maintain all records required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Following safety, 5s and environmental procedures and regulations

• Pre-employment Drug Screening/Background Check
• Full time 40 hours a week plus overtime when available
• 1st and 2nd shift available
• 2nd shift will receive a 10% shift differential

• Minimum 1 year experience in deburring of CNC machined components of the following materials: Aluminum, Steel and Titanium, preferably in an aerospace manufacturing environment
• Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Have the ability to work with others as a team
• Good manual dexterity
• Ability to lift 30 lbs

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Have a great attention to detail
• Able to remove burrs and sharp edges from CNC machined components using various hand/power tools
• Ability to polish and blend CNC machined castings, forgings and billet components
• Must be able to verify conformance of work to blueprint requirements
• Selecting proper methods and tools for deburring
• Maintain all records required
• Maintaining deburring equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Following safety, 5s and environmental procedures and regulations
